Once you have designed your mini on the website and know what you want in a car, the staff will show you cars on the lot that are similar and allow you to see the accessories that you are interested in. Should you choose to order one that is perfect, that is about as easy and pleasant a process as it could be. The staff, my favorite is Greg, walk you thru the process in the most professional manner. 4.0"I was told the routine maintenance would take between an hour and an hour and a half for the service. Everyone was very friendly when I arrived, and very helpful. I waited for my car in the waiting area. About an hour and 10-15 minutes after I arrived, I noticed my car was done and in the parking lot outside the service area. By this time it was very busy, so I figured they had to wrap things up and would be out soon to let me know my car was ready. An hour and half after I had arrived people who had been there after me had been getting their cars, and no one had explained anything to me. At an hour and 45 minutes after arrival I finally went and stood by the service window. They let me know they were waiting for my paperwork. I waited there another 10 minutes and they finally said they'd get it together and mail it to me if I didn't want to wait anymore. I let them know that was fine. By this time I had been there almost two hours for a routine maintenance apt and everyone in the waiting area who had arrived after me had left. Everyone was very courteous, but it was longer than I thought it would be, and I had to go find out what was happening with my car. I could have used more communication so I knew what was happening." He pointed out that a tire failed the inspection, suggested but did not insist that I change the pair of tires. For example, if I had a concern about extra bumpiness from my car, only that was attended even if there is an glaring noise a technician don't care to look at. I had to take the car back later and found an O ring was broken. If I live in Buffalo it is already an inconvenience let alone, I live in Rochester. It's a hike and cost me gasoline."
